Some of you may find it easier to sign up for a
volunteer position using an online system. If you would like
the convenience of an online sign up sheet, directions are below.
If you prefer to use the email method, we will still be accepting
volunteers this way too. Thank you to Nancy Shortman for
putting this together for us.
In order to make sure that your name is correctly entered on the
volunteer sheet, please follow these directions
1. Click on the google docs link below for the volunteer area in
which you are interested. If the link does not automatically direct
you to the page, you can copy and paste it into your computer.
2. Click on the box in the document in which you want to write (a
blue box appears around that box). Open volunteer positions are
indicated with yellow highlighting.
3. Type in your information.
4. You MUST click onto any other empty box on the document your
information to be saved.
5. Be careful not to change anyone else's information as any changes
you make will be saved.
6. When you are finished entering your
information hit the back button to return to this page or simply click on the "X" on the
browser tab to close the document and exit.
